Heard. By this petition, the petitioner is praying that the M.B.B.S. Course, to which the petitioner was admitted, has already been completed and that the College is not issuing the internship completion certificate solely on the ground that till today the petitioner has not submitted the caste validity certificate with the respondent No.3 college. 2.

Admittedly, the claim of the petitioner is pending

before the Caste Scrutiny Committee for adjudication. Considering the limited prayer being made that the original internship completion certificate be issued to the petitioner, we are entertaining the Writ Petition to that extent. As such, we dispose of this Writ Petition by directing the respondent No.3 to issue original internship completion certificate to the petitioner. 3.

Besides the above direction, we also direct the respondent No.2 Committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioner within a period of four months from today. 4.

We make it clear that, we have not granted any relief so far as issuance of degree certificate of M.B.B.S. in favour of the petitioner since the petitioner's caste claim is yet to be decided by the Caste Scrutiny Committee. (ABASAHEB D. SHINDE, J.) (R.G. AVACHAT, J.) fmp/-
