PER COURT :- The learned advocate for the petitioner submitted that even though there was stay granted by this Court, the Family Court, Jalna has decided the Petition No.E-115 of 2022 by its judgment dated 29.01.2024 and the main petition is allowed. He places on record the photocopy of the said order dated 29.01.2024. The same is taken on record and marked as "X-1". He further pointed out the order passed by this Court dated 10th October, 2023. Para no.2 of the said order reads as under :- "2.

There is no dispute about the fact that the total amount of arrears is Rs.1,40,000/-. Out of which, the petitioner himself is offering to deposit Rs.70,000/- within a week. In view of this, there would be stay to the impugned order dated 04.07.2023 passed below Exh.12 in Petition No.E-115/2022 till next date of hearing."

The stay was granted by this Court to the order passed below Exhibit-12 dated 04.07.2023, however, there was no stay for further hearing of the said case. Therefore, it appears that the learned trial Court has decided the main petition. Hence this Writ Petition becomes infructuous.
