Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition with the submissions that the trial court may be directed to dispose of the pending suit as expeditiously as possible. Learned counsel submits that, by order dated 12.10.2017 this court has directed the petitioner to deposit Rs.25,000/- and on deposit of the said amount, though respondent no.1 Shridi Nagar Panchayat, was permitted to proceed with the E-tendering process directed that respondent no.1 shall not finalize the said process. The petitioner has deposited the said amount. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that said amount be refunded to the aaa/-

Learned counsel for respondent no.1 has no objection if the trial court is directed to dispose of the pending suit as expeditiously as possible and also for the refund of the amount.

In view of the above, leave granted. Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. The trial court is hereby directed to dispose of the pending suit as expeditiously as possible within a period of one year from the date of receipt of this order and the amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited before this court shall be refunded to the petitioner alaongwith the accrued interest, if any. No costs.
