The petitioner is objecting to the order passed by the Additional Collector, Jalgaon, prescribing the matter in respect of disqualification of the petitioner for hearing. The petitioner has approached this Court merely on the basis of apprehension that the Additional Collector may issue adverse order against him. The apprehension expressed by the petitioner is misplaced. It would be open for the petitioner to point out the concerned authority the legal position holding field and defend his case.

With the liberty as aforesaid, writ petition stands disposed of.
