This motion is made for speaking to minutes of the order dated 29-11-2024 by which the application for bail has been allowed.

Today it has been brought to the notice by both the parties

This Order is Speaking to Minutes order of order dated // {2} P1 CRI APPLN 3311 OF 2024 that on the said date, both the parties had addressed through Video Conference (VC) and Mr.Deshpande, learned Counsel for respondent had specifically submitted that there was formal objection for bail. Mr.Kawade, learned Counsel for applicant had also requested four weeks time to deposit the entire cheque amount. However, as both parties were heard on VC, due to technical glitch, the above submissions were not noted by this Court and hence, by way of speaking to minutes order, above submissions are required to be incorporated in the order dated 29-11-2024.

Formal objection of respondent is hereby taken on record. However, considering the nature of proceedings, this Court thinks it fit to direct the applicant accused to deposit the entire cheque amount within four weeks from today. The order dated 29-11-2024 stands modified to this extent.

The motion is accordingly disposed of.
