DATE : SEPTEMBER 22, 2022 ORDER :- After having heard learned counsel for the applicant, the Court expressed disinclination to grant bail to the applicant. Learned counsel for the applicant, therefore, on instructions, came around to withdraw the application.

The application stands disposed of as withdrawn. 3.

The applicant is in jail for about one and half years. Charge is yet to be framed.

The trial Court is, therefore, requested to frame the Charge within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and conclude the trial within next six months.

If the trial could not be concluded within the time frame, the applicant may revive his prayer for bail. Such an application, if any, would be decided on its own merits.
