After hearing learned counsel for the parties, grievance of the review applicant, appears to be that the matter had been remitted to the Sub Divisional Officer, Bhusawal by this Court under order dated 5th August, 2014 in Writ Petition No. 4637 of 2014, the review applicant, who claims to be the complainant, had been refused to be heard.

In such a case, it is difficult to accede to the request made under the review application for review of the order. It is open for the review applicant to prosecute and seek redressal of grievance under a remedy as would be deemed proper.

Review Application no. 221 of 2014 stands disposed of as not tenable.

Consequently, Civil Application no. 9869 of 2014 filed in this Review Application seeking condonation of delay in filing the review application, also stands disposed of.
