According to the petitioner, he has been transferred by respondent No.4 from Secondary School to Ghatnandra, Taluka Sillod, District Aurangabad vide transfer order dated 24th June, 2017 (Exhibit-C). A proposal was submitted on 5th July, 2017 (Exhibit-F) for approval. But, approval to the said proposal has not been given by respondent No. 2 as yet. In the circumstances, the petitioner is not getting salary though he has joined at the transferred place.

Having regard to the nature of grievance, we dispose of the petition by directing respondent No. 2 to examine the said proposal and decide the same as expeditiously as possible but in any case, not later than one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid directions, the petition is disposed of.
