Government Pleader, Aurangabad has tendered across the Bar a copy of the communication dated 2nd February, 2015 and on instructions, makes a statement that the Ordinance issued by the Government, is not in existence in the sense, that the Ordinance issued by the State Government, stood lapsed. In that view of the matter, the challenge raised to the said Government Resolution would not survive. In the circumstances, the writ petition stands disposed of.
