Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

Perused the impugned order. Also considered the grounds raised for cancellation of bail. The order granting bail to the applicant passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Bhusawal appears neither arbitrary nor perverse. The learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhusawal appears to have considered the settled principles of granting bail. There is no substance in the application.
