This is an application for restoration of the writ petition by condoning the delay caused in preferring the present application. 2.

The petitioner undertakes to remove the office objections within period of two weeks from today.

The undertaking is accepted. As such, the delay caused in preferring the present application is condoned and the order dated 24.11.2014 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) refusing the registration is hereby set aside, subject to payment of costs of Rs.1,000/- to be paid to High Court Advocates Bar's Library, Aurangabad within a period of two weeks from today.
