Mr. Gorde Patil, the learned counsel submits that, the petitioner sanstha is running two colleges. As far as Vivek Vardhini Mahavidyalaya, Deoni is concerned a full fledged Principal has been appointed and his services are also approved. However, in spite of making best efforts in Shri Venkatesh Mahavidyalaya, Walandi a regular Principal could not be appointed, though advertisements have been given time and again.

It is almost for five years the petition is pending and even

2 wp 8234.10 in these five years the petitioner could not get regular principal. Sincere efforts are required to be made by the petitioner, otherwise that would reflect upon the status of the college. 3.

The petitioner shall appoint a full fledged principal in Shri Venkatesh Mahavidyalaya, Walandi within a period of eight (8) months from today, failing which the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are entitled to take further action in accordance with law.
