PER COURT :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for respondent no.6.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner will extend full co-operation for enquiry. The learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.6 submits that, the enquiry would be completed within one month from today. He further makes a statement, on instructions, that, subsistence allowance for the month of July and August will immediately be deposited on or before 11th September, 2015.

Till the enquiry is completed, Respondent No.6

8138.14WP should continue to pay subsistence allowance without any default.

The learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.6, on instructions, submits that, the petitioner along with defence representative can appear before the Committee on 14th September, 2015 and if necessary, on day today basis the enquiry will be conducted and completed subject to co-operation of the petitioner. 5.

The learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 raises some dispute about the authority of Respondent No.6. We do not wish to enter into the said controversy. This order should not be construed to hold that Respondent No.6 is legal management.

The Petition is disposed of accordingly.
