Having heard learned Counsel for the petitioners at length, it is noticed that order of deposit of Rs.60,000/-, in my opinion, looking to the social object of the statute under which the same is passed does not call for any interference.

The amount of Rs.60,000/- as shall be deposited by the present petitioners will be adjusted in the order to be passed by the concerned learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, after the order of remand passed by the Sessions Court.
