Though the learned Advocate for applicants seeks leave to amend the application in view of Pradnya Pranjal Kulkarni, the learned Advocate for respondent No.2 submits that yesterday only the trial Court recorded the statement of the accused persons under Section 313 of the Cr.P.C. and the matter has been posted for final argument. Therefore, taking into consideration these facts, and it appears after 09.08.2019, the matter was never got circulated by the applicants, we do not take it to be a fit case where we should exercise our inherent powers under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.
