Issue notice to the respondents. Mr. Shaikh waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 3.

The respondents had deposited an amount of Rs.1 lakhs as per the order of this Court. Earlier applicant was allowed to withdraw the amount which he had deposited. 4.

Learned counsel for the respondents opposed the application by contending that the applicants have no good case on merit. Learned counsel submits that this being an excess amount of maintenance, the applicants are not entitled to withdraw the amount.

For the reason in the application, the applicants are allowed to withdraw balance amount of Rs.1 lakhs deposited with this Court.
