The present application is filed for bringing legal representatives of deceased respondent no.2E on record of Writ Petition. Notice of this application is served upon proposed legal representatives, however, none appears.

Perusal of application and reasons as stated therein indicate that delay of 54 days caused in filing application is appropriately explained. Hence, there is no impediment in allowing application. In result, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (A) and (B).
