Heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides. 3.

The non-applicants oppose this application and in the alternative, pray for costs.

For the reasons set out in the application and as the delay does not seem to be deliberate or inordinate, that this application is allowed, on the following conditions :-

13488.22ca (2) (a) All office objections in the writ petition shall be removed on or before 07/10/2022.

(b) If the above direction is not complied with, the earlier order dated 02/08/2021 shall stand restored.

(c) After all office objections are removed, the writ petition shall stand restored at the stage, at which it was dismissed in default.

Subject to the above, list the writ petition in the 'urgent admissions' category on 14/11/2022.
