The application is filed for bringing the legal heirs of one of the appellant on record. Learned counsel appleaing for the applicants invited our attention to the documents placed on record at Exh. 'A' and 'B' to submit

( 2 ) ca3307.2018 that applicant No.1/7 Jamshind Ameerali Khan s/o. Hamidali Khan expired on 25.05.2015 leaving behind him the heirs. The heir-ship certificate issued by the Grampanchayat is placed on record.

Mr.Vikas Kodale, learned counsel appearing for the applicants submitted that as legal heirs are the necessary parties to the appeal, the applicants/appellants be permitted to bring the legal heirs of appellant No.1/7 Jamshind Ameerali Khan s/o. Hamidali Khan on record.

In view of the submission of learned counsel appearing for the applicants and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the appeal within two weeks from today i.e. 27.06.2018. Application is disposed of accordingly.
