In view of our order dated 24.07.2025, the affidavit has been filed by Mr. Kumar s/o Bhikaji Chaudhari, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Ausa, Taluka Ausa, District Latur, thereby giving details as to how the investigation has been done. It appears that he has taken the charge for investigation of crime on 27.08.2024. He states that against one of the accused, who is the Government Servant, his predecessor had preferred appeal regarding the rejection of sanction to prosecute and, therefore, he was waiting. In fact, it the investigation was complete in respect of other accused persons, he ought not to have waited taking into consideration the role of each of the accused. [1]

Learned APP submits that now as against the other accused are concerned, who are not Government Servant, the charge-sheet has been filed before the learned Magistrate. The investigating officer has shown readiness to file supplementary charge-sheet against that accused, who was then working as Sub Registrar at Murud, Taluka and District Latur. In view of the report and the affidavit, we dispose of the writ petition which was filed by the petitioner/informant for direction to file charge-sheet.
