Learned AGP states that draft award is submitted to the Commissioner and as soon as the same is approved final award will be passed and demand would be raised to the Railway Authority. 2.

This statement is made on the basis of instructions from Special Land Acquisition Officer. We record this statement as an undertaking to this Court.

Commissioner shall approve the draft award within four weeks from today. After the draft award is approved, final award shall be declared and the entire process shall be completed and compensation shall be paid to the petitioner within four months from today. With these directions Contempt Petition is disposed of. 4.

It is made clear that in case the petitioners don't receive the compensation within four months from today, the same shall be treated as aggravated contempt.
