The learned AGP submits that petitioner Nos.1 and 5 are paid the compensation amount and the sale-deed would be executed within one week. As far as other petitioners are concerned, there is some dispute with regard to the ownership and possession. According to the learned counsel for petitioners, the initial measurement was rightly done. Subsequently, mistake was committed while measuring the land.

There appears to be some dispute and debate about the measurement. In light of that, it would not be possible to consider the same in the present contempt petition.
