Present petition has been filed for issuing directions to respondent No.3 to decide the furlough leave application filed by the petitioner on 15.06.2022, which is pending with respondent No.3 from last more than 45 days.

Learned APP, on instructions, makes a statement that since the report of the police has been received, the application can be decided within

Cri.WP_1189_2022 10 days.

In view of the said statement the writ petition stands disposed of with directions to respondent No.3 to decide the application of the petitioner within a period of 15 days from today.
