It is informed by learned Counsel for the applicant that, in some of the matters from the same group the learned Single Judge of this Court has already passed an order allowing withdrawal of 50% of the amount deposited.

In light of the above, I follow the same course. The applicants are allowed to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited and remaining 50% amount be kept in Fixed Deposit in any of the Nationalized Bank.
