Learned AGP is pointing out the decision of this Court in Sachin Chhotu Pawar Vs. The Collector Raigad and others, [Writ Petition No.3719 of 2019 with companion matter decided on 15.05.2020] to support his submission that since the petitioner is seeking direction to the authority at Yavatmal to decide his representation and Yavatmal is not within the jurisdiction of this Bench, the petitioner will have to approach the appropriate Bench.
