Learned counsel Shri. Bhamre for the petitioner submits that petitioner has filed suit for perpetual injunction. He filed an application at Exhibit 12 in the record of the Trial Court for maintaining status quo. He further submits that the petitioner has filed application for temporary injunction at Exhibit 5 in the record of the Trial Court. This application is scheduled for hearing on 12th September, 2022. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits, on instructions, that he seeks leave to withdraw the petition. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
