A practical difficulty is expressed by the applicant on account of his disability, which is evident from certificate dated 31.01.2019. The applicant is unable to furnish undertaking in pursuance of the order passed by this Court because of the permanent disability to the extent of 91%, as stated in the certificate. The applicant's son Dhanraj Rajaram Dalve Patil is ready to furnish the undertaking on behalf of his father. An authority letter has also been issued in his favour.

The application is allowed by permitting the applicant to furnish undertaking of his son Dhanraj Rajaram Dalve Patil for receiving the amount as per earlier order.
