Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that, the Tribe Certificate Verification Proceedings are pending at the stage of vigilance.

In the light of above, we pass the following order.

ORDER

Respondent No. 4 - Committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably within four months from the date of

2 56WP10188.2018 appearance of the petitioner. Petitioner shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the proceedings. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 12.02.2019. Till the proceedings are decided, the employer shall not take adverse action against the petitioner only on the ground that the validation proceedings are pending. The employer can take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the Validation Proceedings.
