Learned counsel for the applicant submits that learned Registrar (Judicial) by order dated 10th July, 2019 has refused to register the appeal fled by the applicant, as applicant failed to remove office objections within stipulated time. Learned counsel further submits that only one week time was given to the applicant to remove office objections within that one week learned counsel for the applicant could not contact the applicant. Hence requested to allow the application. Learned counsel further submits that there is delay of eight days for fling application it be condoned.

Considering the submissions of the learned counsel and reasons mentioned in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. Applicant shall remove office objections within two weeks. 3.
