Learned counsel appearing for respondent no.4 informs that the proposal for acquisition under the Right to Fair Compensation Act shall be submitted to respondent nos.2 and 3 in any case by 17th March, 2023. Since, the statement is made on instruction, the same is accepted as an undertaking. 2.

We expect respondent nos.2 and 3 to process the said proposal in accordance with law and shall make every endeavour to complete the acquisition process within the statutory period. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner informs that respondent no.4 is present in the Court on whose instructions the statement is made.
