Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the complainant. 2.
The applicant was granted bail accepting his proposal to pay the amount to the complainant. However, he did not comply with his words. Hence, his bail was cancelled for disobeying the directions. 3.
Learned counsel for the applicant now submits that as per his proposal, the balance amount has been paid to the complainant. Hence, he may be granted bail.

Learned counsel for the complainant has tried to reopen the arguments. His arguments were that the conduct of the applicant was not good. He was absconding for many months. He has expressed an apprehension of his absconding.

The arguments advanced by the learned counsel for the applicant were considered. The complainant was also interested to recover the money as offered by the applicant. Hence, the bail was granted. Now, the promise made by the applicant has been complied with. The complainant has received the money as per the earlier orders. The material investigation as observed earlier has been completed. His custodial interrogation would serve no purpose. Hence, the following order :
O R D E R
(i) Bail Application is allowed.
(ii) Applicant, Sandip Jagannath Patil, be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount in Crime No.135 of 2021 registered with Deopur Police Station, District Dhule for the offences punishable under Sections 420 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code, on the conditions that;
(a) The applicant should not tamper with the prosecution witnesses and should attend the trial on each and every date. (b) The applicant should not abscond and flee away from the trial.
