The present petition has been filed for direction to respondent No. 1 to grant permission regarding transfer of petitioner - school from Naigaon (Bazar) to Taroda (Bk.), Tq. & Dist. Nanded, in view of the proposal submitted by the petitioner on 24.09.2020. 2.

The learned AGP, after instructions, places on record a photocopy of communication dated 24.07.2025, wherein all 13 proposals for transfer of schools were sent back to the schools as defects were found. Name of the present petitioner has been mentioned in the same. The aforesaid communication is placed on record and marked 'X' for identification.
