Original Claimants have filed this application for withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited by the Respondent No.1/Appellant in the Appeal. 2.

After hearing the parties and considering submissions, following order:

O R D E R

(a) Application is allowed.

(b) Applicant Nos. 1, 3 and 4 are permitted to withdraw 50% amount of compensation to their extent along with interest accrued thereon on furnishing usual undertaking.

(c) Further amount of 25% is permitted to Umesh

973-CA-9271-2024.odt be withdrawn on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

(d) Remaining amount be kept in fixed deposit in any nationalized bank to be renewed periodically till disposal of the appeal.
