The applicant prays for condonation of delay of 470 days in filing this civil application and further prays for setting aside the order of the Registrar dated 20/04/2015 refusing registration to the writ petition on account of failure to remove office objections. The applicant submits that all office objections would be removed within 2 (two) weeks.

Considering that the learned Advocate for the applicant has cited his personal reason of having suffered fracture in his left leg, this civil application is allowed. The delay is condoned without imposing costs.

If all office objections are removed within 2 (two) weeks from today, the order of the Registrar dated 20/04/2015 shall stand set aside and the writ petition shall be registered. 4.
