The appellants have filed this appeal for additional compensation. The appellants with their counsel and Mr. Rahul Kulkarni, Officer of Insurance Company with company's counsel are present. Parties are identified by their respective counsels.

The appellants and respondent-Insurance Company have filed compromise memo which is marked "X" for the identification. The respondent-Insurance Company has agreed to pay additional compensation of Rs. 3,50,000/- including cost and interest to the appellants towards full and final settlement of their claim. Respondent-Insurance Company has agreed to deposit said amount within six weeks, from receipt

fast24630.18 -2of this award, in the MACT, Aurangabad. Appellants have accepted the terms.

Award be prepared accordingly in terms of compromise pursis "X".

Court fee, if any, be refunded to the appellants. 5.
