Parties have agreed that compensation awarded by

25 First Appeal No 1609 of 2019.odt the reference Court is covered by Government Resolution dated 3rd November, 2016 read with subsequent corrigendum dated 23rd February, 2017 and 13th August, 2018. In view of the same, the Appellant intends to withdraw the Appeal. 3.

It is submitted by both the sides that acquiring body has deposited entire amount of compensation with the reference Court and the same has been withdrawn by the respective claimant/respondent and as such nothing is remained. The appellants seek leave to withdraw the Appeals. Leave granted. The Appeals stand disposed of as withdrawn. Civil applications, if any, pending are also stand disposed of accordingly.
