A] ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION FOR DELAY 1] The present Civil Application is filed to condone the delay of 3190 days in filing the First Appeal. 2] Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is poor agriculturists and that his lands are compulsorily acquired. He further submits that applicant would not claim interest and statutory benefit for the delayed period.

3] The learned AGP has strongly opposed the application for condonation of delay.

964-CA-11601-23 4] Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, I deem it appropriate to condone the delay of 3190 days in filing the first appeal, subject to condition that the applicant would not be entitled to interest and statutory benefit for the delayed period. Delay is condoned. Appeal be registered.
