The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is license holder for purchase, sale and storage of kerosene as a wholesale dealer. He had made representation time and again to the authorities for distribution of kerosene quota i.e. 120 KL to sub-dealers in Vaijapur and Gangapur Talukas equally. No orders are passed on the said representation.

The learned Asst. Government Pleader submits that the authority would take decision on the said representation in accordance with law.

Considering the above, we pass the following order :- The respondent - concerned authority shall take decision on the representation of the petitioner (Exhibit "F") on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy of the State, expeditiously and preferably within four months from today.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
