The petitioner has put forth prayer clause 'C' and 'D' as under :- (C) By writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions, the respondent No.2 be directed to grant pension to the petitioner considering her total service rendered by her since from 1993 till her retirement ie. 30.04.2019 and pay her other consequential retiral benefits and regular monthly pension i.e. gratuity, G. P. F. leave encashment etc. and for that purpose necessary orders be passed.

(D) Pending hearing and final disposal of this writ petition, the respondent No.2 be directed to grant pension to the

The Accountant General's ofce had issued a communication to the Deputy Director of Education, Latur dated 05.08. 2022 to take a decision with regard to the case of the petitioner as to whether the period of service from 24.04.2013 to 13.04.2019, can be reckoned with for considering qualifying service. The grievance of the petitioner is that, no action has been initiated by respondent No.3 in pursuance to the said letter.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 that he shall proceed to act on the communication dated 05.08.2022 by considering the case of the petitioner on it's own merit and strictly accordance with law applicable, on or before 30th November, 2022.
