Ld. APP appearing on behalf of respondent No. 2 - Committee makes a statement that, the caste validity certificate has been issued by the Committee and, therefore, nothing further remains to be done.

We accept the statement made by ld. APP for Committee and dispose of the instant writ petition since nothing further is required to be done. Mr Talekar, learned Counsel for the petitioner, has no objection for disposal of the writ petition in terms of the aforesaid statement. No costs.
