The only grievance voiced by the petitioner is that her proposal for seeking approval to her transfer from the unaided post to the aided post, is pending with the Education Ofcer, Primary. Hence, her salary in terms of the grants, is not released. It is contended that if the approval is granted, the petitioner would be entitled for the salary as per the pay scale. 2.

In view of the above, writ petition is disposed of. 3.

We are not issuing notice to respondent No.2 since we are passing an innocuous order that respondent No.2 shall

80- W. P. No. 9621-2022.odt decide the proposal of the petitioner dated 15. 10.2019, as expeditiously as possible and in any case on or before 15th November, 2022. The petitioner shall serve a copy of this order on the Education Ofcer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Osmanabad, within 10 days.
