After arguing the matter for some time, learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to the petitioners to submit representation in regard to their grievance as made in this petition.
With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is allowed to be withdrawn.
In case, the petitioners submit representation as aforesaid, competent authority of the respondents is expected to consider and take appropriate decision on it, in accordance with law, expeditiously.
Needless to say that, we have not commented on the merits of the matter and petitioners' entitlement.
