2] The learned AGP appearing for the respondents, on instructions from Shri.M.A.Kamble, Tahsildar, Bhokardan who is present in the Court, makes a statement that the construction work of Pandan road i.e. (1) Maroti Mandir to Smashanbhumi and

(2) Chandawadi to Kalyani-Wakadi road of village Kalyani, Tq.Bhokardan will be undertaken within one month from today. In the light of the

3] So far as prayer clauses (C) and (D) are concerned, it would lead to adjudication of the disputed questions of facts. It would, therefore, be open for the petitioners to make a representation to the concerned officer in that respect.

4] In the light of the above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
