This is a successive bail application.

By the present application, the applicant seeks his release on bail, in the event of his arrest in connection with C.R. No.33 of 2015, registered with police station, Kallam, Dist. Osmanabad, for offences punishable under sections 420, 468, 471, 477-A read with sec. 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Mr Salunke, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that the present applicant is a public officer, posted as a Naib Tahsildar and his service till date is appreciated by the State Government by issuing various certificates, which were not placed on record while

(2) criap4546.15 dismissing his earlier bail application, being Criminal Application No.2266 of 2015, by order dated 16th July, 2015.

In my opinion, aforementioned submission cannot be a cause for considering and re-appreciating the contention of the applicant on merits, once again.

No case for grant of bail, in the event of the applicant, is made out. Criminal Application, therefore, stands rejected. (N.W. SAMBRE, J.) amj
