The petitioner is aggrieved by the interlocutory order dated 15/07/2019 passed by the Additional Divisional Commissioner granting interim protection to respondent Nos. 4 and 5 during the pendency of the appeal.

I have heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner and have gone through the grounds formulated in the petition. 3.

An equitable interlocutory order has been passed. I do not find that the said order could be termed as being perverse

The learned AGP submits that respondent No.1 can conclude the proceedings within 3 months and the next date of hearing is posted on 25/09/2019.

In view of the above, this petition is dismissed. Respondent No.1 shall endeavour to decide the proceedings filed by respondent Nos. 4 and 5 as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 30/11/2019.
