The Contempt Petition is disposed of with the consent of parties as under :

The respondent shall pay towards reimbursement of rent to the extent of Rs.1,500/- per month w.e.f. 7th May 2014 till this date by depositing the said amount in this Court within a period of one month from today, to which the petitioner will be entitled to withdraw.

The respondent, thereafter, each month shall continue to pay to the extent of Rs.1,500/- towards reimbursement of rent to the petitioner, which amount be deposited in the Bank account of the petitioner, the details of which will be provided by the petitioner to the respondent within two weeks from today in writing. 4.

From today onwards, after a period of twelve months each, there shall be cumulative rise of 10% on the last drawn reimbursement towards rent. The respondent to continue to pay such payment till he complies the order of which contempt is alleged. 5.

Two consecutive defaults by the respondent shall give rise to cause to the petitioner for fresh contempt proceedings. 6.

With the consent of parties, Contempt Petition stands disposed of in above terms.
