PER COURT :- 1.
The applicant prays for permission to deposit the amount of Rs.9,705/- in this Court so as to enable the 16 persons mentioned in Annexure A-2 at page 61 of the Civil Application paper book, to withdraw the same. He clarifies that Shri P.K. Mhalas is not entitled to receive any amount.

Shri Yenge further submits that even the legal heirs of deceased persons amongst those 16, may be permitted to withdraw the amount. 3.
Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents has no objection, provided the said persons mentioned in Annexure A-2 or their legal heirs are permitted to withdraw the said amount. 4.
In the light of the above, this Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). Persons mentioned in Annexure A-2 and legal heirs of those who have passed away are permitted to withdraw the amounts shown against their names on page 61.

As six weeks were granted earlier, the applicant shall deposit the said amount on/or before 11.9.2015.
