Learned AGP has placed on record communication dated 09/10/2025 addressed by the Education OfÏcer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Latur, wherein it is stated that the Headmaster and Secretary have agreed to appoint petitioner on compassionate ground on the additional sanctioned post, as per the stafÏng pattern of 2024-2025. Petitioner has given consent for such appointment. The proposal of appointment of petitioner will have to be submitted to the Director of Education (Secondary and Higher Secondary), Maharashtra State, Pune and after his approval the Education OfÏcer will give approval to the said appointment. The said letter is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification purpose. 2.

By recording the above statement as undertaking to this Court, the contempt petition is disposed of.
