ORAL ORDER :

Heard counsel for the applicants. Counsel submits that, in these three matters, the same were dismissed for not removing office objections. Counsel submits that, in Civil Application No.10286/2014, he may be permitted to amend the prayer as in that matter, there was Civil Application for condonation of delay, which was first required to be registered

and office objection regarding that Civil Application remained to be removed. Counsel is permitted to correct the Civil Application No.10286/2014 in the prayer clause as well as in title clause. 2.

If the office objections are removed on or before 23rd February 2015 in these three matters, the revisions tendered in Civil Applications No.10285/2014 and 10273/2014 be registered and in Civil Application No.10286/2014, the Civil Application for condonation of delay be registered. In case in any of these matters, the office objections are not removed on or before 23rd February 2015, the concerned Civil Application/s shall be treated as rejected without back reference to the Court. 3.

Civil Applications are disposed of.
