This petition is pending since 2016. Learned Advocate who filed this petition has now joined the Bench. In view of this, this Court had issued notice to the petitioner by order dated 20th August 2025, returnable on 6th October 2025.

The office report shows that notice issued by this Court was returned unserved with remark that petitioner is not residing at given address. However, a detailed address could not be furnished. It is seen that though the petition is of 2016, it is never circulated for all these years. This Court, therefore, on an earlier occasion had passed an order Ethape

( 2 ) 950-WP-12895-2016 on 17th July 2025 stating that if the petition is not worked out, the Court may pass appropriate order, including dismissal for default. 3.

Considering that the petition is not pressed and no urgency has been shown since 2016, it appears that the petitioner is not desirous of prosecuting the petition.
